I have no intention of leaving it like this, and will switch out windows 10 home 64-bit edition in s mode free S mode straight away. However, according to the Microsoft website I still won't be able to install 64 bit apps. If you aindows this switch, z permanent, and bit x64 64-bih still won't run. Can anyone confirm whether this is correct. I want to be able to install whatever windowz or progams I choose.

Hi Canton I have switched many PC's and laptops out of S Mode and have never had any difficulty installing 32bit or 64bit apps provided the PC is 64bit, you can check that by going to Settings - System - About, and check the processor is 64bit.
